BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE AND READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• Please do not show up more than 5 minutes before your scheduled rental time. It's also of importance to note that if hosting an event, your Set Up/Tear Down Time will need to be included in your paid rental time so plan accordingly.

• Rental Time includes use of downstairs venue space, private bathrooms, tables & chairs, and booths. Additional add-ons for decorations, plates, silverware, etc., are available.

• If you would like to add-on catering services, request a tour, book outside of business hours, or inquire about a pop-up event please contact Barbara by text at (417) 619-5840.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 30 days or more before your event are able to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 29 days or less of the event are non-refundable.

• Address & Parking: 113 North Second Street, Ozark, MO 65721. Public street parking is available in front of the building. It is fully handicap accessible.

• Lodging & Lofts: The lofts located directly above Market House Venue are available for overnight rentals exclusively through VRBO. (They are not handicap accessible) Check availability here: Honeymoon Loft Charming Loft
